TALEBİNİZ İLE İLGİLİ DOĞRU YANIT VEREBİLMEMİZ İÇİN AŞAĞIDAKİ BİLGİLERİ EKSİKSİZ DOLDURUN

TİP-1 Rapor
Talebiniz doğrultunuzda, tarafımıza ileteceğiniz son güncel tapunuzu ibraz etmeniz gerekmektedir.
Tapu İncelemesi : Rapor Kapsamında Tapu Tetkiki Takbis Sistemi üzerinden yapılmaktadır. Taşınmaz kat irtifaklı / mülkiyetli ise ilgili tapu dairesinden ve/veya takbis sistemi üzerinden proje incelemesi yapılır.
Belediye İncelemesi : Belediye incelemelerinde, imar arşiv müdürlüğünde yer alan dosyası incelenerek, ruhsat, iskan, proje, zabıt, encümen kararları, şifahi imar durumu gibi bilgiler temin edilerek rapor içerisinde ibraz edilir.
Konum Tespiti : Yerinde gidilerek taşınmazın konum ve alan tespiti (daire, dükkan, vb) yapılarak, yasal projeleri ile uygunluğu tespit edilir.
Yukarıdaki tüm bilgiler, elde edilen evraklar ile birlikte raporlanarak tarafınıza sunulur.
TİP-2 Rapor

Yukarıdaki tüm bilgiler, elde edilen evraklar ile birlikte raporlanarak tarafınıza sunulur.

Land Registry Study: Within the scope of the report, Land Registry Study is carried out via the Takbis System. If the immovable floor is serviced / owned, a project review is carried out through the relevant land registry office and / or the takbis system.
Municipal Inspection: In the case of municipal inspections, the files of the archive directorate are reviewed and submitted in the report by providing information such as license, housing, project, memorial, council decisions, verbal zoning status.
Location Detection: Location and area determination of the real estate (apartments, shops, etc.) are made by visiting the place and the compliance with the legal projects is determined.
All of the above information will be reported to you together with the documents obtained.

** Raporlama ücreti gayrimenkulün niteliği ve sayısına göre değişmektedir.
** Hazırlanan raporlara konu gayrimenkuller, kredili konut alımlarında kullanılamaz. (Bankalar anlaşmalı olduğu firmalardan bu hizmeti almaktadır.
** SPK onaylı rapor talep etmeniz halde iletişim bölümünde yer alan ve çözüm ortaklığı yaptığım firmalar ile temasa geçebilirisniz
** Municipal fees are not included in the report pricing as they vary according to the relevant district.
** Reporting fee varies according to the nature and number of real estate.
** The real estate subject to the prepared reports cannot be used in the purchase of credit housing. (Banks are receiving this service from their contracted companies.
** You can contact the companies I contact with you in the communication section and ask for a report approved by the CMB.
